1February 23rd, 2013 - Bub McCool concluded a very busy Speed Weeks 2013 on Saturday night with a $10,000-to-win, World of Outlaws Super Late Model Series event at Volusia Speedway Park (Barberville, Florida). Forty-six Super Late Models took part in the program, and a fourth place finish in his heat race transferred McCool to the sixteenth starting spot for the 50 lap finale. As had been the case for the previous nights Bub advanced several spots in the feature on his way to a seventh place finish. He concluded Speed Weeks 2013 sitting in the ninth position in the WoO standings.

February 22nd, 2013 - On a beautiful Friday evening Bub was in action in the seventh round of the 2013 campaign for the World of Outlaws (WoO) 1Super Late Models at Volusia Speedway Park (Barberville, Florida). With a $10,000 prize on the line McCool went into battle against a field of fifty-one competitors at the 1/2 mile oval, and via preliminary action earned the nineteenth starting spot on the grid for the 50 lap feature. 1February 21st, 2013 - Thursday night found Bub particpiating in a $10,000-to-win, World of Outlaws (WoO) Super Late Model event at Volusia Speedway Park (Barberville, Florida) as fifty-three Super Late Models registered for battle in the $10,000-to-win event.

As was the case with the previous three nights difficulties in preliminary action left Bub starting deep in the feature field, where he rolled off the grid in the 28th starting spot at the 1/2 mile oval. Despite starting at the tail of the field McCool mounted a great run in the feature as he passed eighteen cars on his way to a ninth place finish. For his efforts he earned Hard Charger honors. February 20th, 2013 - For the second-straight night Bub was in action at Volusia Speedway Park (Barberville, Florida) during the 42nd Annual UNOH DIRTCar Nationals, and for 1the second-straight night he would race his way into the feature before advancing several spots.

A Speedweeks high of 55 entries were on hand for the $10,000-to-win event at the 1/2 mile oval, and qualifying and heat race struggles left Bub falling short of qualifying for the feature. However, in his b-main he scored the win to lock into the twenty-first starting spot for the 40 lap finale. 1February 19th, 2013 - Fresh from a one-day break Bub McCool and McCool Motorsports resumed Speedweeks 2013 on Tuesday night at Volusia Speedway Park (Barberville, Florida) in the second round of the 42nd Annual UNOH DIRTCar Nationals. Forty-seven Super Late Models took part in the program, and a third place finish in the fifth heat race transferred McCool to the seventeenth starting spot for the 30 lap, $7,000-to-win feature. As the green flag flew in the feature Bub began his march forward, and by the time the checkered flag flew he had settled into an eighth place finish. 1February 17th, 2013 - The final round of the Bubba Army Winter Nationals was held on Sunday afternoon at Bubba Raceway Park (Ocala, Florida) as a $20,000 winner's check was posted for the World of Outlaws (WoO) Super Late MOdel program. Thirty-nine competitors entered the event, and after finishing fourth in the first heat McCool earned the thirteenth starting spot for the 75 lap finale. February 16th, 2013 - The second round of the Bubba Army Winter Nationals was held on Saturday night at Bubba 1Raceway Park (Ocala, Florida) as a $10,000-to-win, World of Outlaws (WoO) Super Late Model event was contested. Thirty-eight entries registered for battle, and heat race action found Bub falling just short of locking into the feature as he was forced to run a b-main. A second place finish in the b-main locked him into the nineteenth starting spot for the feature. With one-lane conditions present for much of the feature Bub McCool would duck into the pits under a caution period early in the race before salvaging a fifteenth place finish at the checkered flag. 1February 15th, 2013 - McCool Motorsports took part in the opening round of the Bubba Army Winter Nationals on Friday night at Bubba Raceway Park (Ocala, Florida). Thirty-nine Super Late Models entered the $7,000-to-win, World of Outlaws (WoO) Super Late Model event at the unique-shaped oval. After finishing fourth in his heat race Bub locked into the thirteenth starting spot for the 35 lap feature. In the main event he raed around mid-pack for the first half of the event before mechanical woes late in the race sidelined him to a disappointing eighteenth place finish. February 9th, 2013 - The team took part in the second round of the 2nd Annual Winter Freeze on Saturday 1night at Screven Motor Speedway (Sylvania, Georgia) as the World of Outlaws (WoO) Super Late Model tour sanctioned the $10,000-to-win event. Bub again struggled in time trials, which pinned him starting eighth in the third heat race. He would advance through the pack to a fourth place finish to lock into the fifteenth starting spot for the 50 lap finale. 1February 8th, 2013 - Bub opened his 2013 season on Friday night at Screven Motor Speedway (Sylvania, Georgia) with the opening round of the World of Outlaws (WoO) Super Late Model season. The $8,000-to-win event attracted thirty-nine Super Late Models to the oval, and McCool would battle setup issues with his new car throughout the night as he failed to qualify for the feature via heat race and b-main action. As a result he utilized a WoO series' provisional to start the main event in the twenty-sixth position.
